 Chris completed a rigorous two-year Pilates training program in 2017 and has since worked with a diverse range of clients, from beginners to professional athletes. He is dedicated to helping people move well, feel good, and deepen their mind-body connection. Chris tailors his teaching to each individual, ensuring that everyone, regardless of background or skill level, can find empowerment and joy in Pilates.
