Express 30 is a HIIT workout focused on time, repetitions, and rounds packed into 30 minutes. Expect occasional workout stations/circuits with the use of various equipment that will leave you feeling accomplished and empowered!
Approach is a class that focuses on movement foundations - push, pull, and squat. Class is 45 min and is divided into (3) parts: (1) Mobility Work (2) Skill Development (Push, Pull or Squat) (3) Metabolic Conditioning Exercise. This class will leave you with new knowledge, improved form, and movement technique.
